We know that being your own boss through self-employment
can be the best option for many people who have difficulty in finding
jobs.
Running a business can be the right way forward. Many
disabled people, ex-offenders, lone parents and people from black and
ethnic backgrounds are now financially independent and running their
own businesses through our model of enterprise start up support.
Starting a business and working for yourself can seem
daunting but our approach gives every client the time and support they
need to become a successful entrepreneur.
But we also aim to persuade Government and mainstream
business support providers that enterprise is for all, not the few.
Entrepreneurship is a viable work route for many who may seem distant
from the workplace. They just need the right help to unleash their business
acumen and creativity.
